Before you begin. Your answers here stay in your browser — this website has no database and stores nothing about you. One step asks for your name and a phone number so Gurukkal can call you back; like every other answer, those stay in your browser and travel only inside the message you choose to send. When you reach the last step and pick a time, everything above — your occasion, the poojas, the place and city, your contact details and anything you write in your own words — is attached to your request so Gurukkal can see it without you retyping. The time itself is picked in Cal.com, our scheduling service. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. Privacy · Your choices

Your request

Tell Gurukkal about your sacred occasion.

A few quick choices, then you’ll pick a provisional time in Cal.com. Your name and a phone number are asked for here so Gurukkal can call you back; they stay in your browser and travel only in the message you choose to send. Nothing here confirms a booking.

What is your family preparing for?

Poojas for this occasion

Which poojas are you considering?

Choose one or more — or tell us you’re not sure. Gurukkal confirms the sequence and total time.

    Place

Where will the ceremony be held?

Sri Kumar Gurukkal serves the San Francisco Bay Area. The exact address is confirmed later, in Cal.com or directly with Gurukkal — not here.

    Location

    Dates & Muhurtham

    How ready is the date?

The website offers preliminary guidance only. Sri Kumar Gurukkal personally confirms the Muhurtham.

    Which best describes your situation?

    How Gurukkal reaches you

    Your name and phone number.

Sri Kumar Gurukkal replies personally — usually by phone. He needs a number he can call; nothing else here is required.

So he knows who he is speaking with.

Include the country code if you are outside the United States. Spaces, dashes and brackets are all fine.

Your details are not stored on this website. They go into the message you send to Gurukkal, and nowhere else.

Choose a provisional time for your pooja request.

Pick an available time and enter your details in Cal.com. This sends a request; Gurukkal reviews the pooja plan and Muhurtham, then confirms, adjusts, or contacts you.

    Requested

Your requested time has been recorded.

Cal.com has your request and will email you the details. This is not yet a confirmed ceremony. Sri Kumar Gurukkal will review the pooja plan, availability and Muhurtham, and you’ll receive a separate confirmation, change, or reply. Please check your email — including spam/junk.

    Before you ask

    How the offering is decided

There are no prices anywhere on this site, and there is no payment page. The offering — the dakṣiṇā — is discussed personally with Sri Kumar Gurukkal, as it traditionally is, and it is settled before the day so that nobody is working it out afterwards.

What shapes it is straightforward, and worth knowing before you write:

Asking costs nothing, and a request is an enquiry, not a booking. If cost is a real constraint for your family, say so plainly when you write. It is a normal thing to say to a priest and it has never been a reason not to ask.
